7.2 Partner Obligations
- Partners must only promote BecomeHH services truthfully and accurately.
- Partners may not make claims about BecomeHH's services that are misleading or unsubstantiated.
- Partners are solely responsible for their own tax obligations on commissions earned.
- Partners must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including advertising laws.
7.3 Commissions and Payments
Commission rates, payment schedules, and terms are defined in the Partner Agreement signed upon approval. BecomeHH reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate programme termination and potential legal action.
7.4 Termination of Partnership
Either party may terminate the partnership relationship with 30 days' written notice. BecomeHH may terminate immediately in cases of breach of these Terms or the Partner Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BecomeHH, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros).
- We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Website for any particular purpose.
