9. 🌏 PDPA — Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam)

We comply with applicable Personal Data Protection laws in Asia, including:

• Singapore PDPA: Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Singapore-related queries.
• Thailand PDPA: Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). We obtain explicit consent before collecting personal data from Thai residents.
• Vietnam Cybersecurity Law: We process Vietnamese users' data in compliance with the applicable cybersecurity and data protection legislation.

We only collect personal data to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Data is not transferred outside Asia without appropriate protections unless necessary for service provision.

11. Data Security

• Email/enquiry data: Retained for 2 years from last correspondence.
• Cookie data: Session cookies expire on browser close; persistent preference cookies expire after 12 months.

Upon expiry of retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
